Yeah. Figured it out already. You have to go ingame and instead of loading a savegame you can start afresh. Thank you. I thought you have to reset the game before loading.

You can't delete online save as it is been stored on R* servers

Saves - my docs / rockstar games / gtav / profiles / <contour name>
Rename the profile proper name to proper name-OLD, or delete the sgta files within (or everything..).
(or go nuclear and rename my docs / rockstar games to rockstar games-erstwhile)

If you used cloudsync information technology is going to pull the files back down...
Renaming the folder (or deleting cloudsavedata.dat) volition allow y'all choose upon restart.
