I'm from Maryland likewise. The recipe sounds OK except PLEASE don't shred the crab meat. It should stay in lumps and be handled gently. Information technology's traditional to use Maryland's own Onetime Bay seasoning, not hot sauce. Too, when formed the cakes should be refrigerated for about half an hour, to firm upwards a little and forbid their breaking up in the pan.

I am from Maryland and we Exercise love our crabcakes!! Information technology is important to use fresh, not canned crabmeat, lump is the best. I know this makes it more expensive but it is the departure between peachy and tiresome Mrs. Paul's. As well, I like to add together some One-time Bay seasoning to spice information technology up. Be gentle when mixing together the ingredients so you lot don't break upward the sweet lumps of crabmeat, you don't want it to exist fine like catfood!! I too like to saute my crabcakes in butter in a skillet rather than broil them, but either style this is a delicious and accurate recipe. Yummy.

I constitute this recipe Non so great. Offset employ just fresh lump bluish crab, not canned. And do Not shred it. Gently check for cartlidge. Add an egg to help demark the ingredients. And how tin you post a recipe pretending to exist a Maryland crab block without One-time Bay seasoning. (That is unforgivable.)add 1Tablespoon (give or take depending upon your tast). A dash of Worchestershire sauce is also an optional addition. Gently fold all ingredients to gether and then form them into iv cakes and regdgerate for 30+ minutes before attemping to fry.

I am from Maryland, so nosotros eat alot of crabcakes. I have tried many crabcake recipes, and this ane is probably the all-time. I followed the recipe exactly, but I wanted to add Old Bay Seasoning, which I forgot *gasp*. Don't over mix the crab meat. It should stay lumpy!
04/05/2010
I'1000 giving this 5 stars only because I heeded the advice of many other reviewers and fabricated some changes. They came out and then good and I volition definitely make them again and over again. I did not shred the crab meat; I left information technology well-lumped. I used 3 tablespoons of patently bread crumbs. I did non utilize table salt, pepper, or hot sauce. Instead I used ane teaspoon of Old Bay Seasoning. I used two tablespoons of mayonnaise. I baked them on the centre rack for 12 minutes. They didn't need to go to the top rack at the finish for a few actress minutes. They came out perfectly browned and crispy on the outside and hot and full of flavour on the within. I served them with a fresh-made remoulade sauce that I got at my local farmer's market place.
04/17/2004
These are great, with some adjustments as others have suggested; it is a must to add Sometime Bay, and I formed them and so chilled them so they didn't fall apart. My crab cake connisseur idea they were nifty. Served them with a Joe's Mustard Sauce (South Beach Nutrition) and they were a striking!
12/26/2006
These are outstanding crabcakes! I added a bit of Dijon and minced green onions to them. Serves with Crab Cake sauce on the side.
03/xiv/2002
I used iii tablespoons bread crumbs and I used imitation crab meat. Yum! My family loved them.
07/09/2001
I had a dinner party with a bunch of picky people, who all enjoyed this recipe (thankfully!) The only things I would do differently are to one) use a cookie sheet, non a broiler pan two) actually remember to lightly grease the cookie sail and 3) make more. At that place were viii people and I scaled the recipe for 10, but it all the same only came out to well-nigh one.v crabcakes per person.

Outset fourth dimension I always fabricated crab cakes. That being said, I grew upward in the DC, MD, VA area, and still live here. I tweaked the recipe a fleck, and information technology turned out okay, nevertheless, I have a couple of more tweaks for it to make information technology even better. What I did today. No table salt, added Cayenne pepper, merely a couple of shakes, added Worchestershire Sauce, ignore the hot sauce, use Former Bay instead. Instead of dry mustard, I used prepared Dijon coarse mustard. To form the cakes, utilize a ane/4 cup measuring cup. Information technology makes the perfect size crab cake...Adjacent time, I will add some lemon zest and a little more than cayenne pepper.
11/01/2001
Here in the UK crab is expensive. So i added some white fish to majority information technology out. Information technology worked very well. The cakes were light and splendid.
09/02/2001
We beloved crab cakes and these were delicious! I served them with the Black bean & Corn salad!
eleven/08/2007
I know this might not exist "Maryland like", but and so far I've actually preferred this recipe without the Old Bay seasoning considering most of the crab cakes I've tried have had too much One-time Bay. I did get out out the common salt, and added some onion and celery. Broiling (as opposed to frying) also helped keep the calorie count downwardly, and I used olive oil cooking spray and egg substitute to bring it downwardly even farther. I also top each one with a sprinkling of panko breadcrumbs, which gives them a little crunch. I loved these, cheers for the great recipe! I'll definitely be making these again!
04/eleven/2011
This crab cake was insanely delish!! The only differences I made were cooking them in a cast fe pan on the grill. I put a couple small pats of butter on the pan and a couple small pats on top of each cake. I also sprinkled Sometime Bay seasoning in the mixture equally well as sprinkling it on meridian while it cooked (used this instead of hot sauce). This is the first fourth dimension I made crab cakes also...I always thought it was too difficult. These are easy and practiced. This will be my "go to" crab block recipe from now on. EDIT: I've fabricated this many times now and followed someones tip to employ a i/3 measuring cup to mold the cakes and it is truly genius. They are the perfect size! Too, I go the 16 oz container of Phillips crab meat from Costco. It is the cheapest and best crab meat you can buy! Also, I mix all ingredients and gently fold the crab meat in terminal and I never shred information technology - I like big chunks of crab, not shredded crab.
01/01/2012
I never made crab cakes before. This recipe is very easy and even my picky hubby loved it! Only I call up adjacent time I am going to fry them instead of broil them. They truned out merely a little bit on a dry out side past broiling them. I will deffinitely make them again for my family.
04/21/2011
Vancouver island is also famous for venereal!! :) These turned out crawly, I didn't take breadstuff crumbs, and then I bashed up some crackers instead. I used cilantro and coriander seeds for a bit of flavour as I don't similar mustard. The only affair that I would have changed, is greasing the pan a bit more, mine stuck. Great recipe, will make once again.
09/15/2008
I finally tin can make the blazon of crab cakes I love then much. Having been spoiled with Maryland way crab cakes when I lived in PA, I have ordered these several times in NY and NJ and rarely accept crab cakes in this manner. Equally from other reviewers, I made some changes. I used 1 lb of fresh crab meat which would result in about 5 dinner size cakes. I used Old Bay instead of Hot Sauce. I used cornflake crumbs instead of breadstuff crumbs. I let sit down in fridge for about 30-45 minutes to business firm. I put it on rack 2nd from elevation in broiler. They came out fabulous. I believe I put 2 T of Mayo and at some point might endeavour with homemade mayo as I accept been told that it would make a great difference. I served with a Rémoulade sauce bought in seafood department.
07/12/2007
My husband says this recipe is a keeper. I followed the recipe except added 1 T One-time Bay seasoning and one t Worcestershire sauce. i used 1 lb can of crabmeat by Sigma Supreme and information technology was good consistency for making patties.
09/12/2007
Being from Baltimore, I don't know how anyone can call these Maryland crab cakes without adding Old Bay seafood seasoning. The recipe is actually very proficient, but not by Maryland's standards.
01/sixteen/2012
These were delicious I followed the recipe only refrigerated the cakes before cooking them and didn't shred the crab. I used canned crab because we didn't have any fresh crab at the shop. Still was amazing!
07/24/2008
These were delicious and actually like shooting fish in a barrel! I added ane Tbsp of Old Bay and left out the salt and pepper like others suggested. Better than what I've had in restaurants!
04/12/2010
These were only wonderful. I had actress large eggs so I added a trivial bit more than bread crumbs to starting time the added wet from the bigger egg, also dredged the patties in bread crumbs and sprayed with PAM before broiling near 5 minutes on each side with the rack in the centre of the oven. I'll add that fresh chopped parsley really makes this a wonderful crab cake. We very much liked these, especially Hubs who tin can be picky.
06/11/2011
Just got washed making these, Awesome!! Thanks, the is def. a keeper!!
12/29/2010
I made these with fresh crab meat and they were delicious. The crabs I got were so overnice and the meat was all in big chunks which is the all-time. I'thou not a big fan of mustard and then I left it out and they however turned out really skilful and very flavorful. It's all-time to mix everything together with your hands, information technology'southward kind of gross just that way you don't break the meat all apart.
09/13/2009
Great crab cakes. I (similar others) replaced the hot sauce w/Former Bay cause I can't imagine any blazon of seafood w/o at least a little Old Bay on it ;). I also cut the calories past cut out the egg yolk and using lo-cal mayo. Broiling with a little shot of Pam was a super thought. They had a overnice crunchy outer crust and were cooked perfectly on the inside. Thank you for the post!
04/21/2010
I accept never made crab cakes befor... the recipe was simple and they gustation WONDERFUL... Endeavour it... you WON'T be disappointed!
04/10/2012
This was great! Because we wanted to grill them, I almost doubled the egg & mayo and so they wouldn't be dry. Other than that, the merely change I fabricated was to add a little diced red pepper for color.
04/24/2006
Very good recipe! So easy to make
11/08/2009
This was a very good crab block...not much filler and mostly crab...just how we similar information technology!! I followed the tips of others and used erstwhile bay and omitted the hot sauce. My husband who is from Maryland kept saying, "MMMM....no more than Red Lobster"!!! Delicious! Thank you!
12/20/2009
This is a adept recipe, but a Maryland Crab Cake must have "Old Bay Seasoning".
11/26/2011
I LOVE this recipe. I am originally from MD, but I'grand besides military then I have to take the Dr. with me :) I have this to pot lucks and the such ALL the time and they are E'er gone. The only reason I'thou giving this 4 stars instead of v is because the recipe calls for "hot pepper sauce" and every native Maryland knows that it SHOULD say One-time Bay Seasoning. The crab cakes should be large and fluffy, not smashed cakes, and they should be broiled. Anyhow, with those changes, the gustation is authentic and delicious and I utilize this recipe EVERY fourth dimension.
07/xi/2009
Great use of fresh Dungeness crab from Puget Audio! Followed the recipe adequately close, just did not bother with measurements - everything by center. I did thrown in some Panko crumbs with the bread crumbs and added the requisite Old Bay. Sprinkled the tops with extra Panko and sprayed with Pam. DON'T bake for ten-xv minutes as recipe calls for, or at least not on the top rack. Mine was starting to over brownish on acme in three minutes. Followed another reviewer's suggestion and gear up the oven to bake, but used the middle-low rack for all but the terminal ii-three minutes. Served with a variation of a Remoulade sauce from this site.
01/27/2004
Had these crab cakes at a party and couldn't terminate raving nigh them (or eating them!)...the host shared the recipe with me and I fabricated them for Christmas Eve. Everyone loved them! They are very easy to make. I likewise added chopped celery & onions - Yumm!
01/18/2007
First fourth dimension I made crab cakes. I made them with crab immitation (all I had) and they withal turn out yummy. I will try with real crab next time. Slap-up, thank you.
01/10/2011
A footling banal for us as written. I prefer a fiddling more than spice.
01/xviii/2017
Maryland crab cakes are made with lump or jumbo lump crabmeat. Yous should never always shred information technology! You lot mix it very gently with your easily then you don't break up the lumps. As well, about Maryland crab cake recipes use Old Bay Seasoning.
12/18/2003
These were nifty, only I modified them a bit. I added chives, Old Bay seasoning, twice the bread crumbs, and sauteed them in butter which made them a nice golden brown. Served with a tangy horseradish sauce for dipping. Definitely will make this again!
08/21/2010
This is very practiced recipe. I loved broiling over pan frying and the fact that it does not have Old Bay. My favorite crab cakes include scallions and lemon only these were keen.
02/25/2010
Perfection! Whole family loves these.
02/12/2002
I idea these were a bit banal, but I besides used canned crabmeat. I might try again with fresh crab.
11/26/2011
Made this gluten-complimentary (Udi's toasted breadstuff) and it came out great!
06/12/2007
This recipe was simple to follow and the results were fantastic. I made vi servings using ii lbs of lump crabmeat. The key is to broil it just long plenty to crisp information technology, but not to burn. Great recipe. Cheers for sharing.
eleven/26/2002
My family loved this recipe. A lot less filling and a lot more crab meat.
10/20/2001
These crab cakes are every bit proficient as the ones I paid $thirty per entree for in Atlanta. Super easy to brand and depression calorie, low fat to boot. Information technology'southward our special meal.
01/28/2002
Very overnice recipe. My hubby prepared it for me this weekend. Only problem was, sometimes I would find a shell slice in my cake! He will become better at it, I'm sure.
07/05/2002
Not restaurant-quality, but a squeamish alternative.
05/11/2011
fourteen blue venereal and 3.5 hours of picking, resulted in some awesome crab for these very tasty crab cakes!! (gotta use Old bay) Thanks for sharing.
06/12/2009
I have lived in Maryland all my life, and these, I'm distressing to say, were non proficient crab cakes. They were dry out and had a poor taste besides. Nosotros will not be having these again. What a terrible waste of a pound of backfin crab meat!
07/04/2008
This recipe did not piece of work AT ALL with imitation crab meat! I ended up throwing the entire mixture in the trash. Hope to help someone else avoid the aforementioned fault as a few reviewers said imitation was OK. Wrong. Don't even effort it without fresh (or canned).
08/20/2011
I am a Marylander, too. This is a skilful recipe, but a tad bland. I believe that it might be a 5-star if if were to include OLD BAY seasoning, which is absolutely essential for a delicious crabcake.
02/13/2010
Simply the all-time. I am from NorCal where nosotros accept lots of local crab, simply like the folks in Maryland, I too add Old Bay Sesoning. I serve with a local sweet-mustard sauce and roasted green beans on the side.
05/05/2002
I personally did not similar these, and neither did the person I served them to...I've had a number of crab cakes, but these were not amongst the more than memorable.
04/10/2008
I made this tonight and they turned out Not bad!!! They tasted like they came straight from the eating place. I took the advice of others and add together Former Bay but no salt or pepper. I used dried parsley since I didn't have whatever fresh parsley. I'one thousand certain the fresh parsley would have fabricated them fifty-fifty improve. I love the fact that they are baked instead of fried, and so much healthier. We made sandwiches out of them, like we have eaten them at some restaurants. I tin can't say enough, these were Dandy (once again)!!!
02/28/2010
Adept.
06/17/2007
I had never made crab cakes before, so I was looking for something unproblematic. This is it! Baked on parchment paper. Crispy on the outside, stayed together well, and moist and lumpy on inside...YUM! I served mine with homemade Remoulade sauce.
08/03/2011
Excellent and like shooting fish in a barrel to prepare. I concur with reviewer who recommends Former Bay. I used canned 'real' crab meat and information technology was great.
09/xx/2011
My married man and I really enjoyed these!
03/28/2011
Peachy recipe! I just subbed out the hot sauce for a nice dash of Old Bay and the family loved them! :)
01/eighteen/2017
These are non Maryland crabcakes without Onetime Bay (or a similar seasoning mix), so delight don't call them "Maryland Crabcakes".
10/01/2012
My family dear dearest love this. Quick and easy for a working woman..
10/26/2009
Wonderful...even without Onetime Bay!
eleven/22/2007
i rated these four stars because i know i made the mistakes in this 1. and i know you guys are going to call me a stupid caput. i did not have fresh crab meat. i used canned(because it's what i had). i added old bay seasonings along with the salt and information technology was way to salty. so omit the salt if using former bay seasonings. other than that, i know if i would have used fresh lump crab meat information technology would have been great. but it tasted like a salty onetime salmon patty. had to make a cucumber raita sauce to absurd downward the salt.
07/01/2010
Crawly recipe, my boyfriend asks me to brand these all the time, but I agree with some other reviewers when they say leave the crab meat in lumps, information technology is much better. Likewise had to exit them in the fridge to firm...they looked like they would have fallen apart otherwise. I besides added some lemon juice. Expert recipe overall!
xi/twenty/2009
These were very bland and I was very glad that I fried a picayune 'taster patty' earlier I formed them all and broiled them. My additions, such as green onion, minced garlic, Blackening seasoning, etc., probably kept this from existence a truthful Maryland crab block merely if so, I am non so keen on authentic Maryland crab cakes.
05/16/2010
I never fabricated Crab Cakes before & was very pleased with the effect ! Used Spicy Ranch dressing equally the dipping sauce. Definately a winner !
02/18/2017
Maryland crab cakes are made with McCormick'south Old Bay Seafood Seasoning. These do not come close to the way nosotros ready crab cakes. However, that said, they are not the worst my family has eaten with the claim of "Maryland Crab Cakes" but far from the best.
01/12/2007
These were wonderful! I almost always make my own adjustments to all recipes, but I didn't change a thing with these (except I left out the hot sauce - I detest hot stuff.) Give thanks YOU for this recipe!!!!!
x/09/2009
ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! THESE ARE THE BESTTTTTT EVER. OK, MY HUSBAND IS FROM DC AND HE Volition Only EAT MARYLAND CRAB CAKES. I BEGGED HIM TO Endeavour THESE AND HE SWORE THEY WERE THE BEST Comparing. HE WOULD SELL THEM As MARYLAND CRAB CAKES ANYWHERE. LOVEM LOVEM LOVEM. THE BEST... Love THE OLD BAY AND It IS SOO NECESSARRY.. Onetime BAY.. THANK YOU Give thanks Yous Thank You
04/02/2005
This recipe was fast and simple and likewise very delicious. I might have used too much mayonaise, but I will try again.
07/29/2016
Non a very proficient Maryland Crab Cake recipe. There is no Old Bay seasoning, which is a must, and who in Maryland shreds crabmeat for crab cakes? Nobody! E'er try to have as many lumps as possible in the cake.
02/20/2017
I've eaten a lot of unlike crab cake recipes and they were all missing in something. Even the ones on QVC simply didn't cut it for me. THIS recipe, nevertheless is the berries (with the Old Bay added). Without the Old Bay, I actually don't recall this recipe would cut it either, but many reviews insist on the Former Bay and I agree. Will definitely brand this one again. I did add the splash of hot sauce and think this may be what put it over the pinnacle.
06/19/2010
This recipe created delicious crab cakes! The terminate production was juicy, flavorful, and not overpowering nor too mild. Texture was nifty. I had fabricated two minor substitutions and the result was uncompromised. I had used prepared yellow mustard in place of dry (just use 3X the amt) and dried parsley as opposed to fresh (use 1/iii the amt). Although the original ingredients will probably yield the all-time crab cakes I was very pleased with the alterations. Two mistakes that I would look out for in the future is to make sure non to utilise a dark baking canvass (makes the bottoms of cakes brown too speedily) and rotate the pan 180 degrees so the cakes volition cook more evenly. Lastly I took other reviewers' proposition of using 1/four tsp old bay seasoning in place of the hot sauce. This one's a keeper.
07/12/2010
Substituted hot sauce with old bay seasoning and sprinkled a petty more than old bay on the height of each 1 before baking. Excellent recipe! I volition be sure to utilise this one on a regular basis!
06/09/2009
This recipe didn't practise it for me. The flavor was fine, and I left it lumpy as was recommended, only the cakes (patties) did non hold together and was like plopping chunky cooky dough onto the baking sheet, and then working to make each plop hold together to resemble a crab cake. I think it was too lumpy, but even mixing information technology better did not evangelize better results. A lot of work and costly for it not to plough out appealing.
12/27/2007
I used this recipe to make crab cakes for the starting time time e'er and they got rave reviews! This had the least corporeality of bread crumbs and other fillers, and I loved the fact they were broiled and not fried. Thank y'all for something so elementary, however so very expert!
06/07/2014
Just moved to Maryland and I tin can't eat the crab cakes anywhere because no one makes them gluten free. I modified this recipe by dandy upward Van's Natural Foods crispy whole grain baked crackers and using the crumbs rather than regular bread crumbs. Also added a little bit of Quondam Bay seasoning to the mix. The crab cakes were succulent and I served them with a simple sauce of light sour foam, lime juice, dill and salt. My young man, who has been sampling enough of Maryland crab cakes, said they were better than any he's had yet.
11/23/2008
These are very skilful and very like shooting fish in a barrel to make. Similar others I used Old Bay instead of hot sauce. Just plenty moisture ingredients to hold together but not too much to overpower the taste of the crab. Will definitely be making again.
xi/29/2014
I, also, am a Marylander, and am happy to written report I have no complaints nigh this recipe...like most of the other reviewers, though, a few dashes of Old Bay really volition bring the ingredients together, and yes it is a felony in Maryland to shred crab meat! Traditional crab cakes telephone call for mustard pulverisation, which gives a nice zing without beingness overpowering, only if you have to use wet mustard, use just a bit...crab meat is so fragile you don't want to mask the sweetness of the meat...happy eating all...dandy job, Mrs. Bea!!
09/25/2009
Very average recipe....sorry.
10/06/2009
Oh my are these delightful! It's my first time making crab cakes and they were easier than I idea they would be. I also liked that I can cook it in my oven instead of a skillet. I followed the recipe equally it was except for the ground mustard, didn't have any then I used regular yellow mustard, still adept though. As well, my patties didn't turn out as dainty as the pictures on here, but they withal stuck together and tasted delicious. I made the Cilantro-Lime Mayonnaise sauce besides from this site to go along with it.
03/21/2017
As suggested by others, I added One-time Bay instead of hot sauce. I also immune them to chill in the refrigerator for several hours before broiling them. They were admittedly delicious. We devoured them
05/14/2009
ABSOLUTELY Amazing! I fabricated these last nighttime - simply I didnt have real lump crab. I had to apply the imitation crab, considering I simply couldnt wait to try this. I know that for purists that might be a mortal sin, but it turned out FANTASTIC. My guy said "it's the all-time thing I accept ever eaten in my life" Now I have to go out and become the real lump crab - which will probably roll his hair :) and get me flowers :) Thanks!
08/02/2008
Grew upward on the Chesapeake and lived in Maryland for 38 yrs. This is a very tasty recipe. I just inverse two things because of a lack of ingredients when I made them and they came out wonderfully. I substituted basil for the parsley and used a bit of Old Bay instead of hot pepper sauce.
08/22/2008
These were super easy to make, but they really need (all together now!) Former Bay Seasoning. They also need finely chopped onions and celery. And delight don't shred the crabmeat! Also, I don't recollect I would apply canned crab, and I know that I wouldn't use false crab. Nosotros used Dungeoness from the Puget Sound... fresh defenseless today!
10/09/2007
Admittedly the best crab cake recipe. I substituted Old Bay seasoning for the hot sauce. This recipe really let the crab flavor come through.
07/26/2010
These were wonderful. I substituted the hot pepper sauce for Onetime Bay, as others recommended. I also did not shred the crab meat and was careful not to overmix the mixture, as others warned against. They were delicious...thanks Bea!!!!!
02/17/2018
This recipe is piece of cake and delicious!!! Before broiling I top with some Onetime Bay and refrigerate the cakes for about 30 minutes and so they go on their shape. As others take already stated, don't shred the crab!!! Keep it lumpy.
07/22/2007
i thought this recipe was great. like near recipes, i modified it. i used 1 tin of crab meat 4oz, and 12 oz of imitation crab. i too took the suggestions of others and added a tsp of old bay seasoning. finely chopped green onions are a dandy add-on. i've already made them times in the past wk. rave reviews! ***i've found that non-stick aluminum foil works great on the lesser of the broiler pan***
02/17/2017
Very expert and easy. Will definitly make again.
05/12/2007
This was actually expert, but make sure to plow them over half-way through broiling. I didn't the first fourth dimension and they didn't quite seem fully cooked.
02/17/2017
Made the crabcakes with two changes; used One-time Bay seasoning and canned lump crabmeat. They were incredible!
02/18/2017
This is definitely a keeper. Love the amount of crab and minimal filler. Have fabricated this twice so far.
04/01/2007
Outstanding, unproblematic recipe for crabcakes. I beloved the taste of crabmeat and I don't similar to attenuated it too much. This is the perfect recipe if you feel the same style. I used regular mustard and Italian breadcrumbs since information technology's all I had and it turned out terrific. My husband asked me to relieve the recipe.
10/eleven/2010
I thought this was pretty banal. I made it exactly how the recipe states, but I would prefer more pepper, spice or something. I paired it with a homemade hollandaise sauce and that helped!
09/sixteen/2010
i added green onion and crimson pepper for some more sense of taste and i loaded information technology into portabella caps and broiled in the oven....yummy...
09/02/2018
This is not a Maryland crab block. You must add Old Bay Seasoning to get a Maryland Style. If you are from Baltimore you lot know what I am proverb. Also you only employ LUMP crab meat, you do not shred. Your crab cake must be full of the LUMP. You lot have non lived till you have some.
01/06/2008
This recipe made the first crab cake I have ever had, and it was delicous! I used fresh crab meat and mixed information technology into the other ingredients GENTLY to keep the cakes lumpy. I panfried them in butter and served them on split warm rolls for sandwiches. Wonderful!
11/23/2018
Easy because you Bake and don't fry - much healthier too :D. Be sure to use the very best crab coin can purchase (not the inexpensive stuff next to the cans of tuna). And I similar that there's non a lot of filler (breadcrumbs/crackers). I doubled this recipe, made mini ones for appetizers and they were eaten up immediately! Oh, and I had broiler at 450, middle rack and they took about 10 minutes.
02/02/2019
banal and wet
